		<description>Hi,

FYI I spent my adolescent years working on a mushroom farm for beer money etc. You're wry observation of the posh shitake and oyster mushrooms etc do indeed grow pretty much along side the regular cup mushrooms. They may sell for more £££ but believe me they're a bugger to pick!

I couldn't eat mushrooms for a couple of years after finishing at the farm but now I can and I prefer the big open flats, bbq'd with some garlic butter.

Thank you,

<description>Will try this out next week but l like the fact that it seems so simple. I will forward it to my vegetarian daughter and see what she thinks of it.

I couldn't find a recipe in any of my cookery books and the dialogue is not usually so entertaining.

Thanks for the recipe
